I have gained being the most grateful, fun, caring, Father that will never take my children for granted. I want the best for them and that includes me becoming a more patient, healthier, cheerful man who the will be a wonderful example for my boys.

I have lost my best friend, lover, financial partner, a drug & alcohol dependency, 50 pounds, and a negative attitude.
"Would you do it again?"
It wasn't my choice but It did make me become a better Father, Son, Brother and person in general. I dont think it would of happened if I have not gone through so much pain and reflection of what I want in life. Ideally I now have the tools I need before the BD to have a successful marriage. I am now a spouse only a fool would leave.
