me and my H are the same. When I'm just right, he's too hot. Same with the heating at home. My H used to turn the heating up in the car and open his window. He would always drive with the window open, apart from when it's about -10f. I used to ask him to put the heating on if he had the window open as my teeth woulf be chattering, lol. I used to fold my arms and he's say why am I sitting like that and I'd say because I'm freezing! lol.
