[Not Quitting]

I still manage to give him pocket money each week, even if I did have to juggle my budget a little bit to do it and I usually only pay him once a month. I did ask him to take on a couple of chores to earn it. He whines about having to do the dishes twice a week, and I just keep gently reminding him that his grandad does them the rest of the week and I used to have to do them every other day when I was his age. Teenagers - and I've still got several years of this ahead of me.

Now I have to work on getting him to save his money instead of spending it as soon as he gets it. I swear it must be burning a hole in his pocket .
