Help! I'm so hopeless and devastated...

I'd appreciate it if any of you can give me some advice.
H and I went to MC three weeks ago, (only once), then H said he already stated the reason why he wants divorce and nothing can change his mind, he will not go again. Today he agreed to see MC again but he is very reluctant. It seems he just wants me to feel better. Should I go to MC with him?
