Hi Linda!!!
So glad to see you here and that you're ok. Your MIL sounds like a wonderful woman-you're so blessed to have her on your side.

I'm glad your husband asked about you but I agree let him get "her" out of his system. Take the time to heal your eyes and soul.

Sending you lots of hugs
rose

Haha, Linda, your H’s e-mail reminded me of my H when he sent me something like that last November, while he was communicating with the Mexican girl.

And Russians are literally rushing. Moscow is a very busy and fast paste city. Everybody is running somewhere making their ways with their elbows. Can’t wait for his next e-mail. It will probably be like this: “ They turned off the water in the apartments without a notice and I could not sleep all night because of the noise from the drunk party outside”.

hey linda -

sorry to hear about the pain- glad you're on the mend and glad you heard from h. nice to think you're on his mind. i almost called you- was going to confess that i talked to h and felt "better" in general in life- always discouraging to think that i still just feel better thinking he's in my life. (still hoping to get over that someday) anyway. keep thinking of his aunt- she was a big part of our life down there for many years. she's the one that said I was his rock and to not leave him or leave the house- just hang on - it was "only sex".!!?? idk- feel sad about her- poor old thing. always dreary when someone is gone forever & ever - amen...

yay for notes via e-mail you received - try not to think bout the "rest" it'll make ya carzy.

nice that your son is around and makes his offer - nice to have a "protector" in life if you want or need it. idk- i'd think it's nice anyway- i only have a couple neices - none around. it's fun having a drink with a pleasant and sane adult child. every once in awhile i get together with one of my fl. neices - both adults- and we have a laugh and a visit and a drink- it's a whole different world thru their eyes and lives. i like it alot- gets me out of this life with tooo many adults and oldsters. complete downer - well, alot of the time anyway...

anyway- nothin much new iwth me- i dialed your number- looked at the clock and thought i was nuts and hung up.

hope your day is okay and eye continues to improve (quickly). wonder where the heck those russians are rushing to? probably the passport office to get the heck out- they're allll over here in nj! and coney island for that matter..

Linda,

Your MIL has been around the block a few times and has probably seen some men having A's while married. Smart of her to realize that H needs to get RT out of his system. The sooner...the better!

Bright,

I'll jump in and make up another scenario for H.

Wakes up one early morning, walks into the kitchen half alseep, flicks on the half-broken overhead fluorescent light and screams "AAAAAAAAGGGGHHHHH" as 100 large cockroaches scurry about for cover and 4 are lounging in his fermented oatmeal.

Linda,

You hold on tight for what you want and you have a great outlook for the future. You are patient and optimistic, you know you have something in your H worth fighting for, you have faith.

I said I would take your words and try to have faith thru them, but I don't think I have as much waiting for me at the end of the MLC tunnel as you may. I don't know if I can hold your words close to me enough to not react.

Your strength and faith will take you far, no matter what your outcome. I may have the same strength and faith, tho it may be pulling me in another direction, I know I will have the support from everyone.

This is my journey now and I will need my friends!

I hope your feeling better. Your MIL is a very wise woman. And a shout out to your S, you have a great support system.

Wonka, I was eventually going to introduce this same scenario, just didn’t want to scare anybody too soon, hehe. I have many other scenarios in my head, so if there is an interest, I’d be glad to put them out.

Linda, it is great that you have your MIL’s and your son’s support. I know it means a lot. I’m very grateful to my GF in Mexico for her support in my sitch, even at the expense of her own cousin. What I learnt from the e-mail exchange is that my GF was putting lots of pressure on her cousin and my H to stop the relationship. I know she also protected herself in the process, but it is because our friendship means a lot to her and she didn’t want me or her to be hurt.

LMAO!!!!

Had that roach experience one time in Jamaica (not NY), sans the oatmeal but they weren't in a hurry to go anywhere.

Linda, hope you're doing just a little bit better today.

NLT, these were Jamaican roaches, worm place lazy kind. The Russian once are more proactive, they want to live another day. I guess they are healthier too – on that fermented oatmeal, but I bet they are waiting for that American guy to bring some pizza.

RosaLinda, how's it going? I haven't been posting much lately, but I wanted to catch up. I hope you're doing well with your eyes.
