I agree with KP Enjoy the time away for your boys to do what you want to do It's human to miss them, but when you're on your own you can do want you want when you want Have a long bath, slob about in your pjs in front of the TV with a glass of wine or two I normally make myself a light tea that I eat in front of the TV as well
