[Not Quitting]

H has been in a funk the past couple of days - his job is really stressful and he is getting a lot of pressure lately from his bosses (because he is a hard worker, they just keep piling more and more on him instead of splitting it between he and his co-workers).

Your H sounds a bit like I used to be in my previous job. I would never tell the boss I was overwhelmed with what I already had to do and would always take on more work. Not always a good thing.

At least you know that is what is causing his funk. Makes it a lot easier knowing you're not the cause
