Well, you might be but the WINNING CINDY isn't. When it's time she calmly tells her H that she dismissed the D and doesn't make a big deal about it. If he reacts unfavorably, the WINNING CINDY just validates away, tells him he has every right to react like he is, but you did what you felt you had to do and you're comfortable with it.
Who knows, the way he's acting lately, he may just thank you and things then continue to go in the right direction.
