Good idea about the photos Glad you had a good night's sleep K I still have the odd night where I can't sleep. It does get easier, but like NQ says he only has to come to the house and my emotions come out again. You're sounding quite positive at the moment K, keep up the good work

Found another sleep remedy K if you still need one. I spent several hours yesterday outside in the sunshine and fresh air while my office building was evacuated. Followed that up with a couple hours in the local swimming pool and a glass of wine when I got home. I had one of the best night's sleeps last night that I have had in some time.
Don't stress out about the photos. You and the boys are still really new at this whole sitch. As they become more used to the idea of their dad not being around it'll be a lot easier to reduce the number of photos with your H in. You're all still trying to get into a new routine.
