It's hearing the "We's" that hurts so much. We had to speak briefly on a financial issue. She called me first at 11am today and I was busy and couldn't talk but she had torn loose of the AP and managed to tell me she missed me and started to cry.
Then came the call I just got. The 3:30 call that I had arranged to take care of the business issue. This time AP was there so W was jovial and acting completely oppostite again. She thanked me for the tuff I was taking care of. We ended with light hearted chatter about the holiday weekend. She's going to the AP's brother's lake house again. She said "We".
"We" used to mean me. This wave of emotion comes with tears.
