Hope you've had a better sleep. I find that a couple of bad sleeping nights make me feel worse about my sitch, but one really good sleep can turn everything round and helps with my PMA.

If sleeping remains a problem, try talking to your doctor. If you don't want to go with prescribed sleep aids, you can always ask about natural supplements that would help - either your doctor or local health food store.
