I don't know the system in your part of the world but can you suggest to HR that if you don't get this transfer you fear that you will be hit by stress and thereby possibly have to take stress leave?
Will this cost them money, time or other?

It is a dangerous area, I know! I believe you should look into all possibilities towards getting a transfer. This is about you and your life so prioritize this way.
