I think you've already given yourself a 2x4 for this 2old. I wouldn't expect a response, you need to give the NC longer than what you have done. I know I said to respond to her last email, so why didn't you do that instead of asking when she's going to file? Don't beat yourself up about it, it happens! It took a few false starts for me when I first started this NC and occasionally I'll still message him when there is no real reason to.
With my new sitch though, I've had no problems keeping up with the NC.
Now I don't want to hear another word about the email you sent, ok? Get over it and move on smile
