These two things contradict each other. If you accept that your W is going to pursue a relationship with this OM, then it doesn't matter if you trust them or not. She is no longer yours.

It doesn't matter what she says. Get it down in writing and then get it processed through legal channels. She can very easily back out of her requests. You watch. Very soon, she will start to deny you things that she said she would promise you.
