I will speak with my solicitor in the morning.
I requested that she returned my share of the marital home and she is willing to give monthly payments. She will call L in the morning and revise the agreement.
I needed that money for my start-up.

have you read DB on snooping? I don't get it. But let me read your whole thread. IF this is about money, okay. IF it's about OM, why bother?

And what would be the reason for this? IMHO, I'm all for exposing if a) he broke into your personal account and deleted private information so you're doing it for legal purposes; and b) it might get you a better settlement with your kids.

Don't do it in order to get revenge on your W or to "prove" that she's wrong and you're right.

I knew W's password all along. Once i wanted to forward out an email from her account but the password was denied. This was just after the bomb. From then onwards, i knew all of her passwords to her social accounts and mobile changed. I never tried to snoop.
This time she left her webmail opened, i saw the emails exchanges and got curious. All this while, i imagined them as really close friends as per W said but the emails showed otherwise. I least i know what the actual situation is.

These two things contradict each other. If you accept that your W is going to pursue a relationship with this OM, then it doesn't matter if you trust them or not. She is no longer yours.

It doesn't matter what she says. Get it down in writing and then get it processed through legal channels. She can very easily back out of her requests. You watch. Very soon, she will start to deny you things that she said she would promise you.

OK. She's no longer mine. I get that. She's no longer mine when she signed the joint petition. She's probably too drunk in love with OM right now to think about my kids all the time. But i would need someone from her family to keep an eye on my kids while i'm not around.

I don't really want to spend the night at her house but it's my right to visit my kids anytime and take them anywhere with reasonable notification. I'll see what else i can put in.
