Haven't been regular on the BB for the last few days, and was just catching up with you.
It sounds very positive that your H spent time with you recently. I have just had my H spend five nights here at home, and it was a very interesting experience. (full report on my thread!)
As everyone says, the main things is to make the experience a very pleasnat one! I didn't find it hard this time, perhaps with this much distance from the bomb, I don't know.
You need to do things that make you feel good about yourself, so when you meet or talk to your H, you feel good and positive and it shows. That's really all you can do at this stage. But hey, what's wrong with feeling food about yourself?????
Also, I second what someone said about always blaming something like PMS for bad attitudes/moods. It is SOOOOOO easy to do.
Once we make a pact with ourselves, to own our thoughts and decisions and take responsibilty for our actions, it becomes less easy to 'blame' our behaviour on other factors.
If we always have an excuse for our behaviour, it isn't EVER going to change, right?
