I met with my solicitor today and reviewed previous agreements.
My solicitor says if I meet W demands (54% of house equity, and I pay half her legal fees £400) things will be concluded in no time. I could try to argue this down, but if it was put before a Judge he could award her up to 60%.
So I’ll just go with it and she’ll be gone by end of October.
On a lighter note W told D11 that the cat will stay with me and she’ll come back daily to feed it . (I say hell no to that).
