RT, sometimes the anger helps us move in the direction our head needs to go. Protects the heart a bit to allow us to process things.

Just don't roll anger around in your mouth and enjoy the taste too much, okay? No one said you had to be gorgeous and wonderful all the time.

Try running....it clears my head so fast when these thoughts come up. I like couch to 5k. It's what got me running halfs, eventually smile
