I have spoken with an attorney. Originally (months ago), she told me to file, which I have done....then to have wife served, and then to kick her out of the apartment. I am not sure if that is still something she (attorney) would recommend. I wonder if I should spend the money to discuss this with her, or just let it go like LA mentioned.
Whoa, whoa I said let it go before I read the texts where dhe explains her plan to bring him anyway.
My next post said talk to an attorney and/or call the police in the AM and get the straight scoop on what your rights are as a business owner. I don't think it's a good idea for you to answer her text until you have all the information.
Then figure out how to get her moved.
