K, I know you're worried about the money but you can't let that worry run your life. It's not good for your health. If you need to go to the courts to get the money, do it. But don't spend all your time thinking about it.

I haven't managed to get my H to agree to any kind of child support yet. He keeps saying our separation is only temporary. I can't make him understand that it doesn't matter, that he's supposed to have started paying child support as soon as he moved out. Money is tight but I try not to keep thinking about it - it only makes me feel worse.

You've got enough to think about looking after your boys. They don't need you making yourself ill with worry. Things have a way of working out. Keep yourself strong for the boys, and do what you have to do in terms of the courts. Set a deadline and if he doesn't come through with the money then don't hesitate to go to the courts.

Concentrate on the other important things in your life. Stay strong!
