How can you mend a broken heart?

One of my friends wrote the following piece of advice which I will quote here.

Replay cannot progress until the MLCer thinks the marriage is over and acts on that belief–though often with cycling confusion.

So I have often seen MLC'ers and LBS's stuck at a point.
And this includes myself at certain points.

All we can do is "LET GO" and that seems to mean different things at different times in each journey.

Keep peeling away the onion layers until you get to the core.
