I agree with Rick My counsellor came through the Church as well and it's so nice to be able to talk to someone who shares the same beliefs as you The pastor will be able to help as well, or know someone who will be able to help. Anti depressants do help. I've been on my for ages and they've made me feel a lot better I know when I've forgotton my one as I get all irritable.
