My D process has slowed up W seems not to be pushing it since she upped things with OM, I can’t see my solicitor until next week, I really need to get the process moving.
Today, had a great day shopping with D11, managed to find myself a lovely casual jacket, the shopping made me realise I’ve not really bought anything for myself in 4 or 5 years. I mentioned W once and D12 reminded me of one thing I had said to her previously, W business is her business not our business ( nice little mantra).
My Sunday date was nice and relaxed, my companion was very friendly and has already text me to say what a nice time she had. I don’t think it will go further but at least I’ve got some one outside my immediate circle of friends I can talk to.
I'm practising positive thinking which seems to have calmed 50% of my anxiety, still there's a long way to go in this process.
