I just checked. The value on Zillow is higher than the realtor said. Between what I think and what the realtor thinks. My house is one of the larger, nicer homes. But right kitty corner behind my house is a grand home: 13,000 sf on 4 acres. Mine is 4,600 sf on 1 acre. A different realtor sent me a bigger area of comps, and my house was the lowest price per square foot. I think the multi-level throws people off. I love it.

Work has been stressful. We are a 3 man office, being run by 2 women for the past 2 months. We really need our 3rd person back!

After work tonight I met a nice guy. Two actually.....that SUP is a man magnet.
