Thanks SA. He is spending money on the OW. Although he claims it's not marital money because it's on a non marital credit card. But he's paying on these non-marital cards with marital money. My attorney says that's a no no. My state is no-fault, but it also has what they call "marital waste". I can get H on that and you bet your bottom dollar I will.

I'm done being nice. I'm done trying to save this marriage. I'm out for my kids. And myself.
