That's good Do the people at your church know what's going on? They are the most supportive friends I've got and always there to help me out if I need it Do you have social activities going on at your church? We have a few churches in our town and there always seems to be something going on like summer fetes, bingo, etc. Also if you speak to your vicar about your sitch, then he/she will be able to give your some guidance. I found an IC through the church, which is great The vicar can give you extra help as well if you are struggling like emotional support, domestic help and find organisations for you

Thanks trying I see it's working. Wonder though if it's supposed to open in a new window like it does. Hmmm.. Anyways, hoping Cadet will look at this today as I'm wondering about my W's "fog". In your experience Cadet (or anyones elses for that matter) does the fog appear to get worse as time goes on in our sitch's?. I ask this only b/c D was concerned for her mother. As Cadet says they fit the same pattern in the way they seem to be running on pure adrenalin and something else he said I forgot. It just seems that this fog has been deepening recently and how would one pull themselves from this.
