Wendy, That realtor didn't know who he was dealing with. He evidently came there w/a plan to get you to lower the price. He may have had clients that were interested, but wanted to purchase your home at a far lower price. I'm so glad you listened, but were aware of your options.
Good for you! You caught some great sales! Now's the time to purchase all of those wonderful summer clothes and Macy's has been having some great sales. It's even more fun when you have coupons and gift cards to use because then you aren't out of pocket as much for the expense.
