That doesn't really surprise me that much. Xh would claim to be married if/when it suited him, although he'd also state that he didn't consider himself married since the day he said he wanted to separate.
Just be thankful he's in a good mood right now and willing to give you the pass!
RosaLinda, I'd love a dating site like that. I'm in marketing, so if you create it, I'll promote it. We could all state our love languages and maybe have to take db'ing quizzes to prove we could register!
