"Get back to the Gym" - do you have a active membership? If not, getting one should be the goal. If you do can you try for 2X a week?
Make a new friend - Great long term goal and your other goals will help you achieve this
Join a new activity - Have you identified one yet? If not, that would be an awesome goal. If you have found something your goal should be to attend a mtg
Spend more time with daughters - Identify one activity or event coming up that you can do together.
Read more - of what? Can we start with a book? Im currently enjoying "a moveable feast by hemingway" . Lets ID one book to tackle
Find a higher power - Will you visit different types of churches or researching more exotic ones?
Change the many aspects of what I dont like about me- Please remove this from this list.

Thanks. I will find a book to read, Hemingway... idk lol I have a membership to a gym. I higher power may not be from a church. Living in a college town, groups should start back up soon. Going to attempt senior pics with my oldest D. Youngest just started deriving with a permit, so lots of opportunity there.
