I'm trying really hard to have a Happy face while H is moving some things out right now. I'm crying hard inside cause this could be the last time i will see him for awhile. This really [censored] I hate this so much and yes I know its still a long road ahead of me.
No-one is asking you to put on a happy face whilst he is moving out. When he's moving his stuff out, don't hang around, Busy yourself doing other things, go for a walk, sit in the garden, take the kids out somewhere, just anywhere so you don't have to upset yourself. You're hurt enough, why let yourself be hurt even more
