I'm doing better I actually had a really great sleep last night I didn't get I'll every hour like I have been doing for the last two monthes. Starting to let go a little bit of H but I'm still not giving up on our marriage. I'm justs stepping back and away from H to give him the same he needs and the space I need to grow.
