I didn't say that she had to demand money from him. I said to get some kind of arrangement down in writing if possible. This includes money and time with the kids. You may have read in a book about a W who didn't ask for a penny and wasn't screwed over, but I've got 5 years of real life situations that I've helped with on here that have shown how countless WAS's have screwed over the LBS.
When the WAS can text their AP right in front of the LBS, you'll be surprised how much they'll abuse what they're given.
