i am so so sorry that you are going through this.. i admire your strength to try and get through work today..

after work, please call your dearest closest friends or family so that you are not alone..

you will get through this... you have already shown yourself that you have the strength.. breathe dear RT and post a lot right now.

i did a walking meditation once and just told myself over and over "May I be at peace. May I be happy." I started saying it anytime the pain of my D came up... it helped me. find some words to repeat that calm and soothe your heart..
