Guys, my separation diet hasn't been great for me. I have gone from a slightly large 204 pounds down to 158 pounds. I am eating healthy and regular, but also running each day anywhere from 5 to 13kms. Actually going to join a gym this weekend as I have lost too much muscle and no clothes fit anymore. Well done to you both for the loss of weight.
