G - That's what we are doing. I've cut nearly all pasta, rice, bread out and we don't have anything in the house with a high sugar content. He eats cereal sometimes, but no more than once per week. It's very strange. Of course, I eat the same things and can't lose any more than 5 pounds (and I have MUCH more than that to lose) and then it just stops. We exercise, though not as much as I should. It's so darned frustrating!
