The dreams have died down. Not so bad now. There must have been something in my subconscious trying to work its way out and either it has, or it's been buried again. Here's hoping to it being gone!

Marc and I are headed to my family reunion in Kentucky tomorrow morning. I'm hoping I won't hit any nasty thunderstorms like we usually do going up there. I HATE driving in torrential rain. BLECH!

Glad to hear you're not having the dreams & hope they're gone for good.

Have fun at your family reunion with Marc! Torrential rains seem to be the norm lately. We've had terrible floods from these sudden downpours. Leave early - then if u have a problem - u can pull over & sitting out.

Thanks for your help yesterday. I hope United fixes their glitch soon. I have not booked my flights & don't feel like giving up a whole day to try again.

We escaped the rain! YEA!!! The bad news was that the water level in the lake was so high that it obliterated the beach area and they would let boats out on the water. Bummer.

We had a great time and it was wonderful to see my granny. She's 92 and still kickin' - tough bird!

Flooding seems to be happening everywhere this year. Such a tragedy!

It was so nice to see my family. I haven't seen that side of my family (my dad's side) in 2 years. They are just as fun as always.

Not much else going on. Marc starts school in a month and he's been trying to lose the last 5 pounds he has to lose to enter the delayed entry program for the Navy. He runs and runs, doesn't eat a lot, but still can't lose it. Poor boy takes after both me and his dad.

G - That's what we are doing. I've cut nearly all pasta, rice, bread out and we don't have anything in the house with a high sugar content. He eats cereal sometimes, but no more than once per week. It's very strange. Of course, I eat the same things and can't lose any more than 5 pounds (and I have MUCH more than that to lose) and then it just stops. We exercise, though not as much as I should. It's so darned frustrating!

Still working on Marc's weight loss. Poor kid. He got my body type.

I'm going to FL tomorrow with one of my cousins to visit our aunt and other cousin for a long weekend. My aunt is 76 but she's pretty healthy. She just doesn't come East very often so we thought we should see her while we have a chance.

There are times I get so fed up with my life! Right now is one of those times. It feels like I'm a hamster on a wheel. Work work work work. Very little play and always living on the edge of total panic. It really is exhausting.

Oh well.....we all live like this don't we? Why? There has to be a better way.
