Fricking anxiety is driving me nuts. I'm trying to push it away. Going to call wife and talk about kids only the kids tonight. Going to try and put my feelings....namely anger to the side and see if she is willing to work together for the benefit of our children. Pray for me!

I'm sitting here at work and I just cannot seem to concentrate. I am nervous I have anxiety. I need a magic eight ball that actually works. AHHHHH I don't want to fall apart when I talk to my wife tonight I don't want to feel weak or seem weak. I am not going to back down on what I want.
