That is the craziest thing I've ever heard about going to court as a witness. Maybe it's because you are the owner and they need you to verify this in court. Good luck!
I'm glad your h is returning home this evening. I'm sure's emotionally and physicall exhausted. It's a lot to take in when a parent has to have surgery and not knowing what the outcome would be until after the surgery. I do hope he's okay.
