'She maybe thought'...do you know what she thought, did she say what she thought?

Do you see this might have been a place where the 2 of you could work together to problem solve?

Unless there was more to the conversation, it sounds like you said 'deal with it' in a sort of nonanswer-answer way.

Can you see why she may have gone to bed without saying anything else? Yes, it's a childish way of handling an issue but it got your attention.
