WFM I almost feel she is snooping for reasons to be offended or trying to catch me doing something so she can say see. I am dropping the rope on this one. I can't prove she did. It just seems highly suspicious that it was marked read and I never read it. Then I think though she smart enough to go in and mark as unread again. I possibly could have click on it by accident but seems highly doubtful. Either way it doesn't matter. I spoke nothing but honesty in there and did not put my W down. I am doing my work in those emails by journaling and getting stuff out.
That is really GREAT you had the courage to go to the meeting. I might try for Thursday night Al anon and open mic. I'll swing by your thread.
I have a tough time detaching on certain days. I then let my own anxiety (did she read my email) rule me. Like I said she was silent to me before. I spoke with my ACoA sponsor in great detail and she helped me let go
