Thanks guys!

You know it just hit me yesterday how silly this whole "I keep running into XH' situation is.

The fact is that he and I enjoy the same things - we have the same interests. That's why we liked each other in the first place.

And so, we keep turning up at the same places - the same sports events, the same movies, the same cafes, shops, etc.

I know this is partly because of 'habit', but also it's a reflection of what attracted us to each other in the first place.

Just adds another dimension to the feeling that this is all so 'wrong'.

Oh well....

One other thing.

Not having any money has sure made me and the kids appreciate every little thing so much more.

For me the taste of a latte is real special now - ditto for a beer. (ah, the little things in life!)

For S14, getting some new clothes for winter (a hoodie & jeans). The poor kid hasn't stopped telling me how grateful he is.

I don't think any of us will ever take anything for granted again.

And that has to be a good thing.

Here we go again.

Driving home after dropping kids to school this morning. Same route I/he always take/took at this time of the morning . Stuck in traffic and dreaming.

That's cheeky, I thought to myself as a car cut in front of me in the queue.

I looked at the number plate and couldn't believe it.

It was XH.

I ended up stuck behind him crawling along for about 10 mins before I pulled out alongside him to turn off down our street.

Weird.

At that hour of the morning and from that direction, he'd either be coming from his mate's house (where he claims to live now), or have just driven OW to work.

This is getting seriously strange. I can't seem to go out anywhere but that I run into him.

Do MLCers tend to do this sort of thing - or is it just me reading too much into it?
