I'm sorry you are feeling sad, Bug. I want you to know that I understand your sadness and it's ok to feel what you feel.

But it is also important to feel it, recognize it for what it is and then try your best to let it go. Otherwise it weighs you down and saps your energy. And that is energy better spent on you.

Try not to think about what your h may or may not be doing. We cant really know what it going on with them, right? Best not to even try.

Your life can be what you make it, and I know you are on your way to making it a good one. smile
