Sometimes lately life seems to be moving so quickly that I just can't get a grip on it. While my general mood has been improving, I still seem to have some rather sudden downs, and I still haven't really learned how to deal with them...especially the raw stress. It's particularly difficult at work, as there is really no way for me to just escape.
I pretty much fell apart at work today, not so much about W as just life in general. As classroom staff, I really can't just get up and walk out to go find a quiet place to have a moment and clear my head...there're only three weeks left of school for the year, but I really need to be able to finish strong and have the summer to work things out...anyone have any suggestions for me on how to manage stress on the fly? I could really use some help with this one.
