fyi h is at the superbowl not only did he call during half time but he called from the stadium within minutes after the winning field goal kick!!
I don't know about you folks but I'd have to say that if a man calls his wife from the superbowl stadium to celebrate the teams winning within minutes he's definitely got her on his mind!!!

and to think that after his call this am to say good morning I didn't expect to hear from him til tommorow (after all the guy is THERE watching his team go for it) and was suprised to hear the phone during half time and shocked to hear it shortly after the games end!!!
I'm thinking h deserved to be greeted by a less reserved w who aint waiting for the hug but instead runs to him for that "our team won the superbowl" celebration!!!
I am so happy for him right now.
h also let me know that he's proud of me for watching the game by myself.
in the past I would have been changing channels checking the score but this game was so edge of your seat that I even stuck in through the comercials (they are fun too aren't they) had myself jumping up and screaming out loud, shaking when things got close. Glad I was alone cause I'm exaugsted but wishing I could high five someone right now!!

what I am about to say is not going to change the fact that yes h did call from the superbowl at both half time and shortly after the winning fiel goal kick...
however....
When h called though I didn't say anything to him I was thinking that perhaps his call was prompted...I figured he was probably sitting with bil who called HIS w and therefore h was left to either feel like an a$$ and not call me or follow the lead and call me.
My suspissions were correct...h did not sit with buddie (who he went to superbowl 36 with) he traded seats with his dad and sat with bil.
Does it make the calls mean less if there is the possibility that they weren't of his own thinking? na! after all he could have been one of those guys who see's the other h's calling thier wives and thinks what a chump and continues to enjoy himself...but I will admit my selfish thinking in that I may have floated a bit more if h had not been sitting with bil.
h arrived home sometime in the middle of the night (flight delays) and talked a little bit about the game and houston. He's sleeping right now (so is fil who's been staying with us practically all month but that's another story)...looking forward to his waking up.
