Thanks TVS I appreciate you stopping by. Have been having a tough time lately. The business venture that we were due to sign contracts on has fallen through and I'm finding it tough to keep up the PMA after a few setbacks in the job department. When you try hard and work hard things are supposed to fall into place, but hey we all know so well, we can't control what anybody else does. Just keep hoping that things will turn around. Its been an exhausting time. We are working, but in very casual jobs at present, so at least paying the bills. H is working 6 days a week in a very physical job which was only meant to be short term until we got things off the ground.
He is such a hard worker and never really complains, so I have to remember to tell him how much I appreciate what he does. Its not how he expected to end up, so I can only hope that things will get better. It could always be worse. Just goes to show though how we can pull together when we have to and will get through this together.
Glad S5's party went well, I miss those days, actually I can't wait to be a Grandmother, but that will be a while off yet.
Sorry to hear you have been having a tough time, and that the business venture didn't work out. Glad you and H are facing things together, trying to work through yet another rough patch. You have already been through so much.
Hope you are still taking care of you, and that things with you and H on the R front are going well.
Always thinking of you and hoping you are finding happiness. Keep posting with some updates

I haven't been over here for a while. I'm sorry also to hear about the failed business venture and working for now just to pay bills.
It sounds like things are good then between you and H? Does he spend his one day a week golfing or is he too tired for that?
Things may turn around for you here shortly, I hope
Thinking of you, rH

Thanks TVS and RH..I really appreciate your words and friendship. I know what I have to do..I know I have to stay positive. It can get tough some days when I feel like curling up in a ball and sobbing. Had to go back on AD's though which I have been resisting for a long time, but DR and I decided its for the best for now. H has been supportive of me with my D issues.
Wish I could be working on my M under much better circumstances. Some fun and quality time together, but so far so good, working through these challenges, I am grateful for that.
RH, we don't have a day off together generally, but H and I did play golf last week when my work day changed. He chose to do that with me instead of buddies, so again I'm grateful for these small things. We had a really nice day and forgot our problems for a few hours.
I hope you had a lovely day. I looked up a little about Mother's Day in Australia and saw that it is the same day as the U.S. Did you wear a carnation?

Thanks for the wishes RH.. Yes I too find it amazing that Mother's Day is the same in both our countries. No I didn't wear a carnation. I received lots of little inexpensive but very special gifts. My family know me and that I never expect expensive things, just a little effort goes a long way for me. I took my D and my MIL to high tea at an especially beautiful location near here. It was a lovely afternoon.
Hey GALbaby, just dropping by to see how you are going. Glad Mother's Day was still good for you. Take care.
