It seems very complicated and messy, and probably best for an attorney to figure out because the question is probably going to come down to who knew what and when did they know it. Do you have a written agreement with the corp for use of the land or pay nominal lease payments? And if it's part of the corp, can your mother will that portion to you?
But if your version is the true and only version, and your W knew that, you might have nothing to worry about.
