Not much to report today. Took my son home tonight and W asked me to take her to Wal Mart. Sd fell today and hurt her wrist so we got her a wrist bandage. SS skipped school and he would go to the bowling alley during school hours and got busted.. When is he gonna wake up.
Spent about an hour with her tonight. It was good. Lit the fire place for her before I left.. I wish my place had a fire place.. A fire sure sounds good right now..
Well off to the treadmill...

Not a lot going on here I have to take SD to the doctor tomorrow to check out her arm. It might be broken. Didnt spend much time at Wifes tonight. Son is still roid raging. I figure this weekend he will finally calm down.
W offered to do my laundry for me so I brought her my laundry tonight and started a load.
Like I said son was going crazy at her house so I brought him back to my place. W looks so tired. She needed a quite night. So I didnt stay long.. I miss my family.
Kinda down today but I think it is because I am tired and because of the cold temps outside. Thank God its my Friday.. I get to sleep in tomorrow..

Ok its just after 4 and I just dropped my Sd off at my W's house... I started this ordeal this morning at 9 am.. Arguing with the ins comp.. Then off to the doctor, then off to the hospital for xrays then back to the doctor to get a referral to the specialist.. So then after sitting in the waiting room for over an hour for a 1:50 appointment. We finally get seen by some one who can help us. At least I thought. The doc says yep its broke. follow me over to this waiting room and they will put a cast on her arm. So 45 minutes later we finally get a cast put on her arm. I am taking her back in 3 weeks to take it off.
What a day.. I hate dealing with the doctors..
Whatever happened to being able to go to the doctor and being taken care of. Seems like everybody just wants to pass the buck nowadays..
Oh and to top it all off I did all this with a 3 year old... I need a nap..

All that time to hear "yep, it's broke" - what's up with the medical industry?
You know, Kevin - a lot of dads wouldn't go through what you went through, or even go to the doctor at all - just trying to point out that you are an exceptional daddy.

I knew it was from from the get go.. Did I really need 3 diferent docs to tell me that. What a mess the medical industry is in.
I try so hard to be a good father, especially to my step kids, because I have to be a good role model to my kids..
I see to many kids running around with out their dad's. No real male role models...
Just when I start to feel down someone says something to bring me back up and put my life back into perspective..
Thanks myrrh

DAD.... Its my Job.... And I love this job......

Just got home from my Wifes house. I have been spending more and more time there. I got the feeling I could have stayed there all night but I was tired and came home instead. My son is tired so I took him to my home..
Things seem to be getting better here.
