J, I know you think that you are not making any progress. But I see it differently. Maybe you think you should be further along. But we all move at our own pace. It happens when it happens. No right or wrong way.
You are reaching out to people on here. You are thinking about your fears. While you are contacting your wife, you have cut back. All good stuff.
And sometimes you take a step back, the important thing is to realize and continue walking.
