Had a great weekend visiting my good friend in Ohio and then traveling up to Kalamazoo, MI to see my daughter run in her first ever Marathon. I surprised her at mile 16 and she broke down in tears - it was very touching emotionally for both of us and I am so glad that I made the trip. She completed the race and is now a member of the 26.2 mile club!
Now I am getting excited to head out on my European trip next week - just wish I had someone special to share it with - but who knows there just might be a Scottish Lass or Italian Bella out there waiting for me!
