You are moving in the right direction--toward focusing on you!
I need to continue that as well and NC (or as little as possible is also my goal).

I was reading The Breakup Bible recently and it recommended a 30-day NC rule to move the whole detachment process along.

Now I know w kids that NC is not possible, but it IS possible to keep interactions brief and friendly and focused on your son.
